Directions

Step 1: Decoction (Woody Herbs)
Add 1 teaspoon of Decoction Herbs to 250 ml water.
Simmer gently for 10 minutes with lid on.

Step 2: Infusion (Aromatic Herbs)
Remove from heat, add 1 teaspoon of Infusion Herbs.
Cover and steep for 3- 5 minutes.
Strain and drink warm, ideally before meals.

Step 3: Binding Powder (Mineral Support)
Wait 2 hours after drinking the brew.
Mix ½ teaspoon into a glass of water and drink immediately, followed by another glass of water to support elimination. Note: take 2 hours either side of any medications or other supplements. 

Protocol Options
Use daily for 7 days, take a 7-day break, then repeat for another 7 days.
Alternatively, use daily for up to 14 days straight if needed.
Allow a break of at least 7 days before repeating again.

Days 1–3: Activation Phase
